Payment Gateway Highlights:

The Payment Gateway Solutions System requires that you view details of orders placed by your customers and capture the transaction amount within 7 days in order to credit the said amount to the merchant’s account.

The following steps can be taken 'To Capture transactions as enlisted below:

STEP 1: Click on the 'Authorized' (Payments).

STEP 2: To see the details of the transactions click on the 'Payment ID Number’

STEP 3: Click on the Capture button for the transaction you want to capture. You may change amount to lower than the authorized amount if required for in case a partial amount is required to be captured

STEP 4: For each transaction captured will be reflected in the Processing list.

STEP 5: All successfully captured transactions

Please note that it is recommend that the merchant accesses this Module regularly (at least 4 times a day) to capture orders as transactions are kept pending for only 7 days from authorization of the transaction. After of the 7th day (i.e. on the 8th day) the order is automatically cancelled by the system.

Note: When a transaction paid through credit card is cancelled within 7 day period of capture then transaction charges will not be applied to that order. However in case of transactions paid using the net banking option the TDR will still be applicable as the cancellation of that order amounts to a refund.

Terms & Conditions

• Set up fees should be paid in advance in favor of KAP Computer Solutions Pvt. Ltd.,.
• Service tax of 10.3% is applicable on all charges. This may vary as per government rules and regulations
• Minimum Balance of Rs. 2,000 has to be maintained with the Payment Gateway Provider
• The Minimum Withdrawal amount for the Merchant from his account with Payment Gateway Provider will be 2,500/- INR
• Annual Maintenance Charges along with service tax will be will be collected before payment gateway is set on Live mode
• There is no need to open a separate bank account for acquiring funds. Funds will be transferred to your existing current account of your bank branch if it is participating in NEFT (National Electronic funds transfer)
• Please check here (http://www.rbi.org.in/scripts/neft.aspx) to know for your participating branch. If your bank is not among those listed here, cheque will be sent to you by courier every Saturday and the dispatch details of the same will be emailed to you.
